The entire transition was smooth. The price was perfect. My car was going in the shop for repairs and we need a car to get back and forth from our home to the mechanic shop while our car was being worked on. I called most of the car rentals, but I chose Avis mostly for the price was very reasonable. The car was clean and reliable

I really applause the Avis Representative that served me. She cared that Enterprise Representatives was totally rude to me and would have left me stranded in this city that I had flown into for a funeral.nI was already morning the lost of my love one...and she saw that I needed to transfer my money for my card...that Enterprise rejected because it didn't have a chip on it...nEnterprise was going to leave me...a women ...outside ...at night ...by myself in the dark stranded...when I had more than enough money...on my card to pay for my rental car...nBut...Thank you Avis Representative for accepting my money to pay for the rental car...I felt safe again, and was able to pay my respects to my family and love one the very next morning...nI don't even want to think about renting from Enterprise ever again...because...they have terrible customer service skills...and no respect for their customers...They don't teach their employees Customer Service Skills...and they don't: care about the customers ...nI will make Avis Car rental my 1st choice ...when a I need a car rental...ud83dude09ud83dude0aud83dude18

The customer service representative RAMONA was heaven sent!! Very rarely do you encounter people with such a kind spirit who go above and beyond. My reservation with another agency for a 12 passenger van was cancelled out of the blue, and I was beyond STRESSED because it was my daughter's birthday. She calmed me down from my panic lol and assured me she could help, and made the transition as smooth as possible! She deserves a promotion!

The gentleman at the counter was very helpful in assisting in the rental regardless of me, not having a reservation. Explained the policies and was accommodating. He was the first person to ask me how my day was and that to me was good customer service.

So many additional fees added. My payment went from $71 to $130. This was my first experience with Avis and I only used them because I couldn't find availability. I will never use them again.I also waited over an hour in line in Baltimore even though I had a reservation!
