I rented a car for 2 weeks from this location and I had an amazing experience with the employees! The car was so clean, the employees that helped me out were so friendly and professional. Evelyn, the manager, was cheerful, polite, and extremely helpful. She’s the best! This happened to be my first time renting from this location, but I have to say that I will definitely be making it my go-to enterprise location!!

Friendly small office! The customer service reps were quick and helpful. I wanted something smaller than what I originally rented and was able to switch it the next day easily. My car was at the shop attached to Enterprise (also a good shop) and it was overall a good experience.

Got a rental here when one of my cars was in the shop. It was nice that they offered me a few different options and I was able to select a Nissan Frontier which was mid range and decently cool to drive for a few days while my car was being repaired.

Young people were professional, polite, and helpful. If I need a rental, this is where I'll be renting from now on. My vehicle is being repaired right next door at Gerber Collision and Glass.

I had to leave my car in the shop at the dealership for some repairs, and it was expected that my car would be there for 1 to 5 days. I will say, that if not for the staff at this particular location, this rating would be a 1 star type review. The staff was very nice, and very customer service oriented....however, the car they have me had stains all over the seats and smelled like wet dogs and cigarettes. The staff clearly did their best to clean the car and deodorize it for me, but it was an uncomfortable situation, especially during a pandemic. Overall I think the staff did their best and it was really out of their control, but Enterprise needs to do a better job oh holding people accountable for bringing back their rentals dirty and having foul odors. Clearly whomever had the car before me did either didn't care or didn't have fear of consequences for smoking and spilling stuff in the vehicle while they had it.
