Wish I can do zero stars. Geico set up a rental with confirmation. I took a Lyft out there to pick up vehicle and guy at the counter asked for my credit card. I was confused and asked him why? Rudely he answered because we have to charge it. I proceeded to tell him Geico said everything was ready and covered with direct billing. He shrugged me off and said we don’t do direct billing and I pay out of pocket without no explanation. He was rude and didn’t care. I left there confused and upset because I had no way home since I took a lyft there. I got back on the phone with Geico and they set me up with Hertz. They were amazing with no issues.
I do not do well with Budget. It doesn't matter which location. In upstate NY I had an issue with getting a wheelchair for my mom. The car lot is far from the desk. In Jackson Ms I wasn't offered a courtesy for my mom that Hertz freely gave. I think Budget should re train for customer service. The cars are fine but the other parts of the experience don't do it for me.
Overall, not displeased with this location... But no key drop box! That was crucial for me at 11pm when I arranged a ride to follow me there but then I couldn't drop the keys off....
Car was ready and clean when i got there, whole process took 10 minutes and i was on my way great experience with the location.
