I got a car from the Clarksville, MD Enterprise, after I dropped off my car at the body shop next door. The car was a Charger with 25000 miles on it. It was o.k., needed windshield wiper blades, the power ports didn't work (and the fuse was good so I don't know what the problem was), at a tire kept needing air. I was told they had no other cars, and that I could take it to a tire place had have it fixed on them, but I didn't want to bother with that. I just rode around with an air tank and tire gage. Good thing I own an air compressor to fill the tank every few days. The people there were helpful and apologized for the inconvenience. It was a minor one. I let them know about what the car needed.
Worst service ever I'll never work with them ever they pull money out of your account without calling and when asking about it they lie and say they called and they also pull more than what they tell you they are gonna be pulling. They are THIEVES!!!! Bad customer service.
Awesome customer service fast and efficient
Two stars because I've had good experiences with Enterprise in the past, but this one is very small. Be careful if you book a car here. Make sure they have the car you want or any car at all. It appears that they book cars without checking availability hoping you'll take it later. Make sure you are guaranteed your car when you book it. They use a central booking system and they do not check availability.nnAfter being promised Id have a car, it turns out they did not have any cars. Id look for an alternative
