I love doing business with Nextcar in Laurel, MD. They are always quick and efficient. The staff is friendly.

The service is very good, everybody in Laurel branch know their business, however they will force you to buy their rental insurance $24 a day, if the deductible on your own policy is more than $500nI can't figure out what deductible has to do with coverage and max limits???

We were given a car rental today while Ourisman Hyundai works on our car. My husband said the service at Next Car was very unprofessional, the employees dismissive, rude, unpleasant & the store was dirty. He didn't notice the shape of the interior until he got the car home, it's absolutely disgusting! There is a body piercing in the center console!! Wrappers and crumbs all over the car and a very unpleasant odor. I called Ourisman and sincerely hope they contract with someone else, especially considering the importance of cleanliness during a pandemic! I've rented dozens of cars from various dealers and have never had such a horrible experience. Don't go here!

Dealt with Girard. He was pleasant & professional. Even though it was busy, he spent time getting us the best deal available.nNever used this rental place before, definitely have no qualms about using it again.

Rented a car via Oursiman Hyundai who was to cover the cost. Next Day requested $50 deposit that would be returned upon return of the vehicle. The vehicle was returned in the same manner is was received and I never received my deposit. I've called a few times & was placed on hold but when you can't really talk while at work there isn't so much you can do during normal business hours. I've used rental agencies in the past while my vehicle was at the dealer, different location, and never had a problem getting my deposit back.
