I booked car online for weekend and got confirmation email from enterprise car rental. But the day I have to pick up car, I got call from location service representative saying they are sold out and no car is available. Person on call did not give any solution rather asked me to look for other rentals. It’s very poor service experience I had and one can not plan work with confirmed reservations with this location of enterprise. My entire plan went on toss due to this abrupt unavailability of car rental at this location. Customer service person said online reservation is no good as they do not check available inventory. In this world of all online reservations, had pathetic experience with enterprise this location. Can not give lower than 1 star so giving 1 here.
I will be a customer at this location for life! David and his team are wonderful! Fast, friendly, and most of all compassionate about my needs. He made me feel safe in knowing the SUV had been thoroughly cleaned and protected under their coverage. He also showed me how some of the special features worked in the vehicle at a safe social distance. Thank you!
Was very happy with the help that I received. Booked online but had to call to reschedule and the staff was very happy to help and had me taken care of in just moments. I got there a little early to pick up the rental but they had everything ready to go and I was on my way in no time. Will be returning to this location again.
I was able to get the Cadillac of minivans when the compact car I ordered was not available at pick up time. And at the same price! Loved the service at Enterprise and will definitely use again.
Dirty inside. Found long hair strands in the center console and many spots everywhere when entering the car. They didn't clean up the car at all.
