Unreliable, horrible, rude boss stay away from this location!nI had a reservation online at 1:30pm. The reservation was confirmed by e-mail. We went to the location Manager told us to come back in 2 hours. When call back they told so there is no rental available. Wanted to talk to a manager the guy responded arrogantly that he is the boss. I guess there is nothing I can do about it
The service that I got at this location was EXCELLENT! The Highlander that I rented was GREAT! I would rent from here again!
