Good service, the staff were professional and knowledgeable. Our agent was able to answer all of our questions. The only concern was having to wait a little longer than what we thought we should.

We had bad experiences the 3 times that we tried to rent a car there. Never had the car we rented and we ended up getting a more expensive one. Last time, we made the reservation on January for small car, called the day before to make sure we had the car. Assured us that everything was fine. Again small car wasn't available, they want to charge $100.00 more for a medium size car, wanted to charge $14.95 a day for a second driver, and they were not sure if we were going to get a refund, because the computer system they use is from last century. Anyway, we ended up cancelling everything and going down the road to Enterprise without reservation and we got a better deal and a much nicer SUV and the second driver was included in the price. Be careful going to Hertz. Enterprise much better.

This was a nightmare experience. Do not go to this location. Very unprofessional employees and managers who look more like mechanics, but not nice ones, very rude ones. The “office” looked more like a drug dealer stand and smelled disgusting. So did their car that I sat in for a few mins. It smelled like vomit. They misinformed me about payment method, didn’t tell me I would need a credit card. I wanted to pay with debit card up front but they could have told me on the phone before I got rid of my other rental. I was there without a car when they broke the news and left me there without a car wouldn’t even offer a lady a ride. I was crying outside since all rent a cars had closed by then and they just shrugged and smirked. A decent place would have been nicer.

This Hertz rental center does a great job working with the customer. They pick you up and will also pick up the rental car if you need them too. There are other centers that don't match this customer service.
