The attendant sold my reservation to another person while I was standing in the room, then told me that he didn't have a truck for me. After being completely rude and unhelpful, he has the gall to repeated lie about what he had done. Budget's corporate customer service call center was also a waste of time. I finally got a truck an hour and a half later, missed my move out window, and had to pay a fine. Budget couldn't care less about their employee's f*** up. Don't go here, and don't use Budget. Uhaul is worth the extra $20. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

We had reservations to pick up a truck rental and when we arrived, the manager rudely stated that the truck rental wasn't ready because the previous driver didn't leave the keys. The issue wasn't the truck not being ready, it was the fact that no one notified us that our reservations would not be ready. He was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. He made it very clear that it wasn't his fault that our rental wasnt ready, but that it wasn't the previous customers fault. Please don't waste your money or time with this company!

Prepaid for a reservation. Upon arrival was told it would be double plus deposit due to their error. Was told my only option was to call after I returned the car so they could try and fix. I ended up having my travel plans messed up because of their bait and switch tactics. Criminals or just negligent but either way a terrible company.

Reserved rental truck was not available. No explanation, reimbursement, or follow up from Budget about their error. Will not use Budget's service again.
