My past experiences with this location were always enjoyable, this time I thought I was in dreamland. The young lady to me wasn't as friendly as one would think. She looked over the car and usually with me being a senior they explain some of the features about the vehicle. I received only the gas tank is on the right and you have 3/4.tank of gas. I was trying to express to her this car was too small for seniors with ambulatory equipment and space for them, she stated put equipment on back seat and a passenger up front. I explained I have 2 seniors and plus me, she did suggest for $8 a day more I could get another vehicle, so I inquired about the Nissan Versa, I was told it was a thinner car. I didn't understand what she meant but I wasn't a happy camper, she just seemed to rush me in and out and it wasn't like the line was full of customers waiting. The experience just wasn't pleasure

I went here to rent a car after someone hit my vehicle and left the scene. I thought I would choose this location because it was close to my house. When signing for my documents for the rental me and my wife were told that our insurance company did not provide insurance for the vehicle and we would have to purchase insurance through Enterprise. This seemed odd considering I have full coverage insurance but we believed the sales person only to later find out he was being dishonest. These type of dishonest practices are so sad to experience especially with a big name company like Enterprise, it makes you wonder how many people they have tricked into doing the same thing.

I have been renting a vehicle from enterprise for almost 2 weeks Straight they have been charging my card daily. I wanted to switch out cars that’s why I came to this location. There was no one in this office except the one guy working. When I was about to leave I attempted to go the bathroom the guy rudely told me I couldn’t use it. I would have been cool with that if it was not accessible right in my face I opened up the door it was Lysol and everything so what was the problem!? We were the only ones there. I told him it was an emergency and I was still denied access. Is that how you treat your customers ! How Insensitive and mean I was forced to go outside by a tree never going there again this happened today 8/20/2020 at 5:00pm very disappointed with how I was treated All the while I’m being charged 50 dollars daily no compassion for your customers.
