I give this place 5 stars. When arrived they were busy but patience is always the Key. When I was helped by Brittney my car was ready and process was easy from start to finish. Definitely recommend this place There not as bad as the reviews. Working with the public is a challenge and they are a good Team to work with.

This place is a scam. This location doesn’t exist. We booked through Expedia and the booking went through. But the location isn’t open! No refund issued either. Booked through enterprise instead

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATIONnnWorse customer service ever. I went to pickup my rental with my spouse and two kids 4 and 7. During my visit, there were 2 ladies sitting at the desk, with no customers in-line. They were completely ignoring me, watching me stand in front of them for at least 10 mins before acknowledging me. I tried several times to engage to get their attention but each time, they showed no interest. Finally, one of the ladies got up and as she was walking out the door with her kid (apparently with her at work) told me the other lady would help me.nnLong story short, moving past the customer service, she was upset that I showed up a hour early to pickup my rental, slapped on a surcharge, didn’t give me the option to select a vehicle and the vehicle was dirty (outside and inside). I also explained, how I was active duty military returning from overseas (hence the reason I was a hour early) but didn’t care and even had a attitude informing me that there was no military discounts or it’d be extra to add a spouse as an extra driver.nnMakes matter worse, when returning the vehicle during my scheduled time. The Hertz was closed without any advanced notification. Had to find out from a sign on their door. Therefore, I had to drop off the vehicle at the airport. Not only was that another inconvenience but even the Airport Hertz worker (not as bad) but also extremely disrespectful. No compensation or “sorry for your inconvenience/time” but acting like, I was annoying them...nnI remember Hertz being the gold standard of auto rentals. Now I’ll never go back.

I went and picked up a rental I was given poor customer service the rental was dirty on the outside as well it was a white car and another person gave me my paperwork and not the original person who did it and another young lady that was at the desk where I was being serviced kept interrupting when I was talking to the other Lady that was doing my paperwork. I was asked for another contact person in case of emergency I told the Lady I have no other relatives and my only relative was deceased which was my Mother and she said to me I have to have another number and I stated I can't give you a dead persons number and then she started talking about her Mother who couldn't talk,walk and was disabled.

Visited the area a few months back. Picked up a rental in DC, was hoping to drop if off here a week later as it was close to where we were staying. Very limited hours. My wife called, and called, and called trying to see if there was after hours dropoff. Nobody ever picked up the phone. When we picked up the rental in DC, the agent there called and couldn't get through either. We ended up having to drop off the car at BWI and take the train in.
