I love this location because it is so close to my house. The people that work there are friendly and always give me excellent customer service. I am a frequent renter due to my job. Each visit has been positive no matter who is at the front desk.nnThe lobby is clean and they are quick to assist you. The few time they aren't at the desk during business hours, if you call the number they leave posted when they are away, you will be assisted in under five minutes which is great.nnThe cars are usually great quality the only downside is sometimes there is a strong cigarette smell in the car from a previous driver. When I've complained, they tell me they know, its just a hard smell to get out when you clean it. They will offer me a different car if I want though.

Me and my family we love this location. The Avis employees are always so Awesome and the customer service is great . When we make reservations or not we are always a happy customer here

The customer service was great. The gentleman at the desk was very polite and helped me quickly. The car was clean and they gave clear instructions on how to find the car and how to return it. The pricing I found online was accurate.

YOU OVER CHARGE AND YOUR EXCUSE IS BECAUSE YOU'VE RAN OUT OF CARS UNAVAILABILITY, HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH CHARGING YOUR CUSTOMERS.. I PAID $999.00 FOR 1 MONTH MID SIZE CAR,, THAT'S RIDICULOUS AND SHOULD BE UNLAWFUL..
