I give a Five Star and Highly recommendation to the “Enterprise Rental Agency at the “Fells Point” of Baltimore Maryland “location . The whole office greeted me with a pleasant smile and respect and I commend the Fells Point location for a Five Star Customer services and A very outstanding group of Sales Representatives, whom were courteous and very knowledgeable and addressed all my concerns/questions of renting from Enterprise. They Comprehensively went over my rental contract with me and I was completely satisfied with knowing all the policies , contract and the said, rental vehicle and inspection to ensure it was an safe vehicle for me and completed my contract with fast courtesy. I will look forward to renting in near future from Enterprise rental agency from the Fells Point , Baltimore Maryland location.

My experience with enterprise located @1307 Eastern Ave is always pleasant.The representatives are amazing, knowledgeablenand even funny. I’ve found that the process always run smoothly when renting at this location.

This is my second time dealing with this particular Enterprise located in Fells Point. Both times everything went very well. The online reservation was fast and easy, and I was able to actually pick up my vehicle a day earlier then plannednwith no problems. When I picked up the vehicle, the process was very very fast. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The vehicle was very clean and I had no problems with it. The return process was very fast and easy as well. I normally rent a vehicle when I take my vacations every year, and I will continue to use Enterprise
