I've always had exceptional service with Enterprise and clean, new cars that more than met my needs at the time. This is why I always rent from Enterprise. My son even bought one of their used cars. This last experience, renting in Leesville, Louisiana was so shockingly out of the norm for Enterprise. First, I arrived a few minutes late and my car was not ready, nor would it be ready for another 1/2 an hour. The staff was not friendly. When my car was ready, I saw that it was clearly not the class of car I had rented, but something much smaller. Further inspection showed that this car had significant wear and tear; significantly more than any car I have ever rented. When I asked for something else, the staff was rude and told me there was nothing they could do. They were right as we spent 2 hours on the phone trying to find something else. While I will rent from Enterprise again, I will not return to the Leesville, Louisiana office and will recommend to my coworkers at Fort Polk to not use them for Army rentals.

Every time i book here they're running behind on returns, which means i have to delay my plans until something comes in. Even when i book weeks in advance.nnIts not that hard to maintain an inventory to be able to plan for shortfalls.nnI'll be going through another company from now on.

The ladies in there were very professional prompt good attitude when I got there it was super busy the ladies at the Leesville enterprise did an awesome job I highly recommend them and will be using them next time I need a rental

If I could put 0 for Stars I would. First the location in Leesville closed even though the website lets you make a reservation and on Google it says it is open. One day ago they “posted” that they are open and taking precautions for the COVID. When you call they also mention they are taking precautions for this pandemic. But no one answers the phone not even in the Alexandria location. I had to drive there to find out they are closed. I called customer service and the very nice agent said that on their system it says the are close from Monday to Sunday because of the pandemic but it makes no sense to be close just for one week for a Pandemic that has been here for months! The hurricane passed a week ago and they are still close which is also crazy because we already have electricity and water. Plus, this is labor day weekend. They will loose money with maintaining this location closed because it’s the closest one to a route to go to Texas. It’s crazy to have to pick a car in Alexandria an hour away to go in the opposite direction. Even worst, the Alexandria location doesn’t even answer. I do not recommend this location!

I hope this review will get to someone who can address people and tell them how to talk with customers when you are working for enterprise and dealing with customers all day long.nIn my case the employee who needs to know how to talk like a professional and not condescending is the actual manager name Hope.nYou are extremely rude the way you interact with people and need not to be at this job if you are dealing with people day to day.nhaving and showing attitude towards people and customers is not the right way to represent enterprise at all. I would never want to rent from a company who talk people down and treat customers like they own them. I hope you can take a customer service class to know its a very simple task to do. You just dont have to give your attitude and frustration and accusing customers that they are lying when you certainly do not have all the facts in front of you.
