Budget has stolen a lot of money from me. The company prepay option is a predatory business model that has cost me hundreds of dollars. I will be posting this on all online business review sites I can find.nnI never realized that this company was keeping every penny I prepaid in the past. I received a recent bill that looked suspicious as I had been overcharged by $131 due to the prepay - $558 vs. the $427 final cost. In other words, this company charged me a 30% premium to give them my money early! Truly diabolical.nnWhen i called in, I was told that prepays are non-refundable. I confirmed that if I had kept the vehicle longer than the prepay covered that I would be charged more.nnI've used Budget many times in the past, so I investigated prior rental agreements. Over the past 4 months I have spent nearly $3000 with Budget, almost $500 of that is in overcharges for pre-payments I've made.nnTo make matters worse, the customer service is complete trash as they could not answer my questions and were unable to connect me to a supervisor.nnI will never do business with this company again and I'm disgusted that I have unknowingly been robbed by them so many times. I wish I could give a ZERO star review.

The Chevy Equinox I rented was an excellent vehicle. The customer service I received when picking up and dropping off the vehicle was exceptional. The ability to accommodate my last-minute request for curbside drop-off was very much appreciated!!! I was overall very pleased with my experience and will definitely use Budget again.
