Fantastic experience. There was slight issue with the first vehicle provided to me, which the representative could not have been aware of when providing me with the vehicle. Notwithstanding, Mahmoud, my representative, was so professional and accommodating to my needs. He was doubtless the main reason for the exceptional rental. Great Company + Fantastic Representative = Priceless Experience.

EDIT: Roman, the manager of this location reached out to me and cleared this situation up. Can't thank him enough! If you're renting from Enterprise definitely go with one of the locations he manages in Metairie.nnI had a disappointing experience with this location. I was rear ended and the at-fault driver’s insurance company made a reservation with Enterprise for a rental while my vehicle was being repaired. I waited at the body shop over an hour for someone from Enterprise to pick me up for my scheduled time. After multiple calls I was told my reservation was misplaced. Nick, the assistant manager, was apologetic and quickly got me into a vehicle without doing a walk around. When I returned the vehicle to another Enterprise location they put in a fraudulent damage claim for over $500. I caused no damage to the vehicle and requested time-stamped photos, which they have not provided. Managers from both locations have been unhelpful. I will never rent with Enterprise again.
