Vehicle was good, people were friendly, wait was long both at check in and getting vehicle. Worse was I got charged for fuel even though I filled it up and had a receipt to prove it! Not sure if I will ever rent from Alamo again!
We had reservations at another Rental Company. Once we arrived, we (along with other customers) were told there were no more cars, reservations or not. I ordered an Uber to at least get to our hotel. While waiting outside, Daron (sp) came out to tell us that he's contacting his manager about openings. Once we were told we didn't have a car, we went to the Alamo desk for availability and that's when Daron originally told us he couldn't help us. We ended up with a vehicle and the trip was saved thanks to Daron and any other people behind the scenes that helped us out and I believe others were helped too judging by the line that formed behind as all the other Rental places closed up shop. You've gained a new customer as I'm never using that other company again.
