Wanted rent from the MSY location but they don't open until 7a.m. Which is crazy to me when you have flight leaving the airport as early as 6am. They have no alternate drop off when the airport service desk is closed. Therefore we had to take our money to Budget Rental because they open at 5a.m. at the airport. To help better service their early morning customers with drop off. For a airport location National you really need to consider all flight time frames.
Great place to rent a car. Just please make sure to check vehicles and report anything you may be concerned about before leaving the property. That goes for any location were you can rent vehicles.
Pretty good selection of cars, suvs, cleaning Wipeout the car. Nice safety touch with Covid and all!
Great staff. They had a poor car selection but grabbed me a nice new Jeep when I asked.
Staff was very nice. I didn't realize I missed thr last click and didn't reserve my car. There were no cars available but they tried to assist with off-site car rental facility.
