Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The staff was friendly and helpful. My mid-size SUV was the perfect fit for our week visiting family. I’m taking away stars because the console and cup holder areas and passenger seats were not clean and because the car only came with 1/4 tank of gas making me fill up before I got on the road.

Listen...I totally understand the Debit Card Policy, but it's Messed Up Yo ! I reserved a car for this weekend & I was going to pay with a Debit Card...I Promise, I searched for the Policy ahead of time, because I've recently heard that it has changed, it does not tell me what It should have ! I needed proof of Residency, Utility Bills with my name printed on it. Due to my apartment, there's only one Utility, Electricity, Which is in my Girlfriend's name, the other Utilities are covered in the Rent ! Although, the Cable/Internet Bill is in my Name, My Bank Statements are registered to this Address, so is my Verizon Account. I Also had my actually Lease, that has my name printed on it, with the signed signatures of My Landlord, Girlfriend, & Me ! I don't understand is, why is that not enough proof, Like, you can't get More Proof than that !!!!???? I mean, what about the people who lives in places that has All Utilities Covered, what do you guys Do, Just Turn Them Down ????? Like, it's Messed Up, they didn't even try To Work with Me ! Now, I have to Miss Out on my Weekend, due to a Policy that I wasn't made Aware of ! Trust Me, I Know, Rules are Rules, but you guys should Tweak the Policy or like, require a person to have a few More Secondary Documents of Proof or something like that ! The Stuff is Messed Up Yo, Foreals ! I've been searching for another Rental since Five O'clock PM yesterday, for some reason, No one has any cars available, At All, which is Strange ! I've gotten no sleep due to an Extreme Headache, which I know is none of your concern, just thought I'd include that ! I'm All Drained Now !

Enterprise staff is always helpful, I think they are both professional and honest. I left a X-mas gift card in the side door panel, I called back and they found it and returned it to me! I like the honesty it let me know they have a super good staff, and very good people there. I was very impressed. Keep up the good work Enterprise! Trust keeps customers like me coming.ud83dude04

Please if anyone is renting from enterprise in Louisiana . please don’t they don’t give you a clean car. What they do is spray the outside of the car with water never washed. They do this so you can’t see the scratches or dents on he car. So please take a photo of the car or van before you leave. They don’t spray inside the car with disinfectant I had to do this myself. They don’t clean the windows nor do they vacuum the carpet well. They put a large air freshener in the car to take away the smell. It’s not worth one star either. Thank you. Also when you go to pick up your car it’s never ready they make you wait and additional half hour to 45 minutes .

I had to get a rental due to my car being hit while parked, I was told $50 deposit that turned into $100nThe vehicle was half cleaned, I got additional insurance in order to not encounter another situation, to later fund out I didn't need it, I already had collision insurance, the breaks were grinding, called to get something else to no avail! I was happy when my car was ready! Hope to never have to deal with thus again!
