If I could give zero stars, I would. The reservation center told me this location had a car available as well as online... so I reserved one. We get there and are told there is no car for us and that since it hasn't been 24 hours since reservation we couldn't get it anyways because it had to be done with a major credit card????? No one ever told us that! Its just bad business. If you don't have a car available, UPDATE YOUR DANG SITE!!!!!

They never answer the phone. No answering machine to leave message. Think they only worry about insurance claim renters because my insurance company can get them to answer every time!! Then I arrive and have to wait 3 hours cause car is out for a oil change. This is after reserving car day before.nOne more note: dont let a rock hit your windshield staff will talk to you like a child making sure you know it was your fault!! Well unavoidable but clearly my responsibility. I made it a point to make it known the damage was there but had to listen to a 20 something year old on a power trip. These youngins need some training in customer service in good and bad situations. Now I’m expecting some overly overpriced bill for a new windshield!!! Take lots of your own photos and dodge them rocks or expect to be put in line upon return.

Always rent from Hertz. They have nice cars and good rates. Make sure you have a credit card though, otherwise it could be a little bit of a headache to rent a car
