Even though there was a line before the store opened on Saturday morning, JD ushered everyone in and process the rentals in a timely manner. I was in at 0900 and left at 0925 because the computer was running slow. Job well done. Thanks to Stockbridge crew. You are awesome.
They took excellent care of me. They made sure that everything was well taken care of before I drove off. And they asked if I had any questions they made me feel very welcome in a safe environment
I have been a enterprise plus member for 15 years and I am canceling my membership! This place is a joke and very unprofessional. I cannot believe these people represent Enterprise. There regional manager “Leslie” has a terrible temper and poor customer service skills! I am not one to complain but this place was unbelievable. Corporate needs to shop this place!!
Georgey was her name and she was so helpful my whole experience. From the phone call until drive away in the rental. No worries what so ever!✔
The first van smelled like smoke and there was a small burn hole in the passenger seat. It felt as if the associate was rushing the first time because of the number of customers and being close to closing time. She switched out the vans and we were able to get one without the smoke smell. Her attitude could be better but I'm glad she switched the vehicles out with no problem.
