An employee here named Brittani has always been really friendly and helpful!nSometimes the cars are a little dirty at pick up lolnThey’ve always had a car ready for me when I arrive.nOther than the cars having some leaves or mud on them everything else is great ud83dudc4dud83cudffcnThey do close at 4pm during the week and hours have been updated on google to ensure everyone can see

I recently rented from here on 12/11/20 and when I got there the lady was in the back talking I waited over 5 minutes after screaming hello hello before she came to the front. She looked at me as if I was in the wrong. There was no customer courtesy. The car smell like smoke and the return was just as awful. The customer service here is worst than McDonald's. I will definitely be only sticking with Enterprise and Hertz.

I got there and there seemed to be nobody present even though I arrived well during business hours. I knocked on the door several times over a period of about 5 minutes, and nobody came. I called a few times and finally 2 people came forward who were clearly able to hear my previous knocking. Must've been busy watching Netflix or something. I'll definitely be using Enterprise next time.

After reading some other reviews I called ahead to make sure the vehicle I reserved was available. I spoke with Brittany and she confirmed that it was. We arrived and got through the process smoothly and at a great rate. Brittany was friendly and efficient. She got us in and out quickly. This was my first time renting from Avis and I was very happy with the experience.
