They gave my car to someone right before I arrived to pick up. Said I arrived after the window of time to pick up. I explained that nowhere in my confirmation or details did it specify a pick up window of time. I was told that it wouldn’t say that. So, why give that reason for giving away a car I reserved for several day weeks in advance? A courtesy call to see if I still needed the car would have been nice, especially since I was only 30 minutes late due to a work meeting. When people are traveling, things come up that change a schedule slightly - flights get delayed, meetings run long, stuck in traffic, etc. I was told there would be another car ready within an hour, and he would call me when it was ready. I never received a call. I will not be back! Terrible customer service!

This morning around 10 am I I made an online reservation for a cargo van to be picked up at noon so I could buy a dresser that wont fit in my car. I drove all the way there to pick up the van and they had none. They said they never had one, even when it let me make the reservation. They offered me no alternatives, just shrugged their shoulders. I asked if they had any trucks or suv and they said no. Why let me make a reservation for something you never had? Why not call me to tell me you didn't have before I got there when you got my reservation? No one offered to call other locations or offer help in any way. I would give zero stars if possible or -1.

My go to for rentals. Glad they're still around. Helpful, easy going staff will get you setup in a pinch.

This location went above and beyond in helping fulfill our rental reservation made weeks prior as another location could not nor did they do anything to help. We called around and this location even though over an hour away accommodated our family with no hesitation, held the vehicle and welcomed us from the moment we walked in. Friendly staff and would highly recommend this location. These people are what customer service is all about. Much appreciated and would drive the distance again instead of going to the nearby location. Thank you again for fixing someone else's error.
