Horrible customer service. It is absolutely disgusting how these people operate. I called the day before and spoke with someone. I told them my insurance company sent them a reservation for an SUV. I asked if an SUV was available at that location and she asked me when I would be able to pick it up. I told her the next day at 9:30. I went and there was no SUV available.nnThe employee insulted me. He told me I couldn’t have spoke to someone at that location. And of course the manager was unavailable.

Everything was good except the van was really dirty on the outside. It was the only thing available . I took it to the car wash and hit the road.nThe reps was courteuos.

What can I say about this Hertz? For starters, I've rented from this location numerous times, despite the lack of good customer service! Sometimes I wonder if I am even a customer, while standing at the counter listening to employees chat it up with each other, take phone calls in my presence without saying excuse me, or completely ignore me for like five minutes or so (I'm not exaggerating either). I then want to go to Chick-fil-a afterwards to remind myself that good customer service is not dead! Anyhoo, I exercise patience as I've become accustomed to this type of treatment here. While I absolutely hate renting from this Hertz, it's my neighborhood Hertz, they are always cheaper than my neighborhood Enterprise, and my vehicle is always ready. I will say, there has been a time or two when the customer service has been on point. In conclusion, I will likely continue to frequent this Hertz because saving money and getting a nice rental is my ultimate goal, which is why I give this Hertz three stars as opposed to one.

Poor customer service. Put on hold several times without asking if it was ok. Last try they simply didn’t answer. Cancelled my pickup at the Fayetteville location. Go to ATL if you desire service.

I was at the hertz store in Fayetteville, ga and the 2 young ladies working there were fantastic. The two singlehandedly took returns, cleaned cars for waiting customer and were never rude during all of this. Fantastic ladies
