Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Customer service was Perfect! They were able to provide the card at the drop off location while my car was being repaired from an accident. The communication from this branch via email and calling on the phone was done in a professional manner. Very Highly recommended and will rent from then again!! Thank you Leroy.

I've been using Enterprise for years now. They keep you informed on your reservation and updates. Always friendly.

Reserved a car yesterday and came to pick it up today. First they ran a new Chase card I just received this week and they said it declined, no problem. Used my debit card and the chip did not work. It might be me, but can you call someone to manually input the information. NO! So I'm out $40 in Lyft fees because I'm without a rental. SMH!!!

I called this location after a different location cancelled my reservation and this store was able to help me get a car. The guy told me he would take care of me and to come to the store. My boyfriend and I paid to catch an Uber to the store to pickup the car. To my surprise, I was told that I now need a $300 deposit to rent the car. I thought that the deposit was $200, and I inquired. The store clerk bluntly said “yep, it changed 2 Friday’s ago, so are we using credit or debit?” This upset me as well because I WAS NOT INFORMED OF THESE CHANGES NOR WAS I TOLD THIS BEFORE I PAID FOR AN UBER TO THE STORE. HAD I BEEN AWARE THAT YOU ALL WENT UP ON YOUR DEPOSIT PRICES IN ADDITION TO RESERVING CARS THAT WERE NOT AVAILABLE, I WOULD HAVE JUST WENT TO ANOTHER PLACE. Charging people $300 to rent a car is ridiculous. Not everyone has $300 just lying around or on a credit card. I had to take $400 out of my savings account just to cover the cost because I did not have enough funds to cover the cost on my credit card, as I only budgeted for what I thought would be a $200 charge. Your company needs to inform customers beforehand of this change and let us make the decision to shop with you. Don’t just put us on the spot when we are at the counter. I was given a free upgrade but after all of the other things that transpired, I won’t be doing business with y’all any longer. I don’t like your misleading business practices or how you treat your customers. I am turning the car in today and praying that my hard earned money would be refunded to my account for the deposit I was pressured into making. I will NEVER use Enterprise again.

Customer service was great and they were so willing to adjust to accommodate me. Chris was so great in helping me. So were the other two. I can't remember names right now. I would definitely recommend this Enterprise location to anyone
