If I could give this place a zero I definitely would my parents came in to rent a car on the behalf of their insurance everything was good my dad is in the policy and when he got into the office the young lady or girl working there did not even let my father speak and kept speaking over him and never let him actually explain what was going on she just kept saying that my dad wasn’t in the insurance she spoke to the insurance and the insurance rep stated that my dad wasn’t in the insurance so my dad went to a State Farm office and what a surprise they confirmed that he is in the insurance !!!! because how is my dad not gonna be in the insurance policy if he just had a car accident make it make sense I don’t know what kind of people they have working here but enterprise do better just because my parents are a minority does not mean that you are going to step all over them!
Fast and easy process time ,quality service and great price
Booked for a premium suv and gave me the wrong car. When it was time to switch it out they made me pay double the amount. I suggest using a different rental service.
This a small Enterprise location but the customer service is phenomenal. They are very polite and accommodating when handling reservations and/ or pickup and drop off.
Racist Kyle Hembre does not wish to rent to anyone that he does not wish too! Clearly racist
