Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I was able to pick up the car the day before without extra charge. That was a nice gesture from the location. The car was clean and worked good the whole time. The only thing that was wrong is that it was low on coolant so I had to buy some but I was reimbursed for the money I spent. Overall a great experience and would rent again from the same place.

This is the BEST Enterprise Rent-A-Car location I've ever used hands down! These guys and gals were organized, efficient, and customer-friendly! The way they handled the busy Labor Day holiday weekend is what made me come here to give them 5 stars! This type of excellent customer service deserves recognition and reward! We will definitely rent from this location again! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! Management, PLEASE give them a raise and recognition! They are doing an excellent job!!! The agent that I worked with was great, however the total experience was definitely not the best. I was picked up from the repair shop where my car was getting repaired. There was 4 people that needed to be picked up including myself. The car the agent was driving was a small sized car for 4 adults which was not too comfortable especially being in a pandemic and one person simply ignoring the fact and not wearing a mask. The Enterprise agent didn't say anything to that person or ensure the rest of our safety. Once we arrived at the dealership, it was as organized as possible. The vehicle that I was given was fine as it was temporary, however as I was leaving, I immediately noticed the smell of the vehicle. It definitely had not been aired out properly as the smell was simply obnoxious. I was just grateful that my truck repair didn't take long and I didn't have to actually drive the vehicle too much while I had it. I definitely did not want to deal with the chaos to switch out a smelly vehicle.

The staff was fine, although I had to wait a little longer than I expected when picking up the car. I did experience a flat tire on the rental, but was told that I would be charged an additional fee for help. I was fortunate enough to have someone help me with the tire instead. Returning the car was easier.

I reserved an SUV from this location on a Saturday for a 9 am pick up, which the location opened at 9 am and I arrived a few minutes after 9 am. There was a long line at the building because the office was not open yet. Multiple people in the line called the enterprise hotline because of the issue and made complaints. An employee opened the building around 9:45, which there were already about 15 plus people waiting with reservations in line. The employee of the store had been sitting in his car the entire time, waiting on what, I am not sure but eventually opened the store. What should have been an apology from the employee due to the inconvenience, turned into a statement that no cars on the would be available to rent until after 1100 am. Mind you there were a lot of cars that appeared to have been turned in as well as cars that were sitting cleaned ready to go. The employee then proceeds to get angry, because at this point all the customers are frustrated, and says “look it is just two of us”. Someone did call back, from the complaint, but the call was missed because we were out of town. I have not received another call about the incident and even called the number back and no response. I do not write reviews but the lack of customer service received from not only the employee but the upper management staff of the location was unacceptable.
