Not upfront about charges. BE CAREFUL giving these folks your credit card. Time on the confirmation email did not match actual hours. Had to go back the next morning and spent hours there. Highly recommend going elsewhere!

When you receive a call on the morning of your pickup to say we have no cars, but call back at 11 to see if we have any per Taylor. Now keep this in mind they closed at 12 on Saturday. There was no customer service atnAll!!! Not let me see if another location can honor the same rental request. This was my first and last time renting from hertz. The simplest things seem to be so difficult for thisnCompany. When I was told I had to find out myself where I could get a rental car last minute being that I had work out of town was horrible. Please don't rent from these people or any other hertz . Oh did I mention the very first car they gave me was a disaster waiting to happen. No breaks, windshield wipers, pulling to the side this story only gets worse. Try avis or enterprise before you ever book here!!

A changed place!!! The reviews were low, but they won't be anymore because I can see a wonderful difference in this place!!!! Excellent customer service in a timely manner!!! I will be back!

The unprofessionalism and lack of considerable for people’s time that the staff has at this location is UNBELIEVABLE. Chris was very unhelpful and gave me the run around several times after reserving my vehicle. When I walked in he said they had no cars available but after about 10 minutes of going back and forth he says if I have a credit card I can get a car but I would have to wait 24 hours after my reservation to get a car, I called the next day and felt like he was blowing me off just because he could. So many things happened that day and I’ll never forget that awful experience. Please get new associates because there is no way a company should allow their employees to decide who they service.

I am in utter disbelief regarding the lack of unprofessionalism possessed within all levels of management at this Hertz location from the management associate, manager, and even Regional General Manager. All representatives at this location are out of touch with current policies that have been disseminated from the corporate headquarters relating to waivers due to the COVID pandemic. The managing associate, Taylor Mixon, was extremely condescending and refused to provide service by the book. This Hertz location does not follow corporate policy and does the dirty work of their regional manager Mr. Starbuck! I am disgusted in the manner in which they carry themselves and treat their customers! I pre-paid for a reservation they refused to honor such agreement even after corporate customer relations agents directed them to honor the booking; Mr. Starbuck is inconsiderate of the inconvenience he places on patrons and customers when he self-directs employees to disregard funds that have already been tendered! The behavior at this location is despicable!
