I have had numerous reservations with this particular branch before while my vehicles were worked on at the Priority Collision Center. I am never disappointed. The Branch Manger Brandon A. provided execptional customer service. Thank you.
Car is being repaired at Priority Collision! Rental was reserved 24 hours in advance and confirmed. I come to the Enterprise and I am being told that they have NO cars available for me! After making a reservation they have no rentals available and are advising me that I have to wait with no time frame. Poor customer service and this is bad for business if I made reservations on time and the reservation was confirmed. Not sure how you are a rental car business with no cars available and not trying to accommodate your customer!

Very friendly knowledgeable staff made me very comfortable and made sure I got the car that was best suited for me.
the staff was good about getting me into a truck i needed....but....how ever the truck they put me in is illegal to drive as i found out later after receiving the truck that the license plate expired over 3 months ago.....no good
