Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Horrible management. We rented a vehicle on Friday for an after hours return on Saturday. We returned the vehicle Saturday evening. The branch was closed on Sunday. Monday morning an associate calls me to ask me when did I return the vehicle. I told him on Saturday. He then goes to say are you sure, I’m going to check the cameras. I told him yes I’m sure. About an hour later I get the receipt via email that showed they counted my return as 6:51am Monday and charged me 2 additional days. I called the location back and asked him why was I charged for 2 additional days. He proceeded to tell me he had a service tech come in on Sunday and they stated they did not see the vehicle in the lot. I told him that is impossible, how come you didn’t call me to ask where the vehicle was if that was the case. Saturday morning, the same associate called me around 9am asking me if I was returning the vehicle the that day. I told him yes. They called me on the day of return but did not call me on Sunday when they said the vehicle wasn’t there. This is a horrible location to rent from. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Never once have I been called multiple times during the rental. We have rented from multiple locations and have never been harassed or questioned about our return of a vehicle when it was an after hours return. My wife called corporate and now they are looking into it for us. This branch located at 1426 Battlefield Boulevard in Chesapeake VA is poorly managed.

Customer service was horrible! Reserved car two weeks in advance for a 1pm pick up. When I arrived at car lot, was informed they didn’t have any cars available. Waited in lot for over an hour and a half before they were able to get one from another location. There was a total disregard for my time. I arrived 2 hours late to an event because of their lack of planning.nnI filed a complaint on the company website a couple of days after the rental and I have not heard back from them. So the lack of customer service seems to stem from the top. I have rented from this location many times in the past, but this time will be my last. I will take my business elsewhere.

They were very nice and the vehicles were very clean and nice and helped me with anything I needed even when I came to return the vehicle.

Came to enterprise on a early Wednesday morning to rent the smallest sedan available. My friend and I specifically asked for the least expensive option due to us only needing the vehicle for a day. Joey dishonestly offered us a compact sedan for more than $70 and stated it was the cheapest he could offer. He started to take our information to process the payment until I questioned him about how high the price was, he immediately reduced the price to $55 dollars and began telling us about possible glitches in system. My friend and I decided to leave because we are firm about not doing business with people without integrity. Joey was a poor representation of Enterprise.
