Horrible customer service. Rude, dishonest, and they don’t care. Asked to speak to the owner. He was even worse. He laughed when I told him about the rude agent and service. So rude. He actually said I don’t care about your complaint. Stay away from this company. This guy thinks he is untouchable. Much friendlier places to rent a car from.

I always get a deal when I go there. It depends on what you're looking for that will determine your price. My husband tall and needs leg room so we usually get a suv or a van when we're going on vacation, either way we found Budget to have the beat deals.The key is to plan ahead to assure you get what you want and not have to get what they have available at that time . So make them reservations early to get what you want and the best prices.

Staff is VERY Helpful and Courteous

BEWARE!! I reserved a Budget Truck to move 2 weeks in advance and they called me Friday( the evening before the move) at 545pm saying they didnt have a truck for Saturday morning. They said call budget customer service in which their dispatch closed at 5pm and they could not line up another truck at another location. I had movers lined up and everything for Saturday so I just rented a UHAUL and they had 3 trucks available for the next day. Very poor business ethics and I would not recommend them to anyone. They pretty much said oh well and hung up and went about their weekend. I will be using UHAUL from now on. They may be a few dollars more but at least they have a truck and equipment when you need it most
