Would be nice if they called to tell you they don’t have any cars for your reservation before you get a ride there to pick one up

My experience with this company was horrible. I booked a rental and they told me that they would have someone drop the car off at my location. Well the driver showed up without a mask then tells me to get in that he is taking me to get the car. I looked at him like he was crazy,first I don't know you to be talking to me like if your my friend. I call Enterprise an the guy that now I'm speaking to tells me that they will not drop the car off. The hell with them,I called Hertz had a car here within twenty minutes and they dropped off the car knocked on my door. Hertz is the way to go. Enterprise should take a class in customer relations. THEY ALL ARE NASTY AND RUDE!!!!!
Great service from this location, and every time I need a rental from Enterprise.
