they rented me a vehicle that was not cleaned and had muddy tires. and I asked the young lady if it was cleaned while we was doing the walk around inspection of the vehicle. She said yes that it was also sanitized. It was NOT cleaned or sanitized at all. Glad I had wipes to sanitize and spray. So I called next day spoke with manager they was very apologetic and told me to bring it back to be washed. only reason I gave 2 stars cause they was nice about it. but I will never go back to this location ever again for rental.ngood luck to those that do.

Walked to enterprise from cavalier Ford to get a rental. Have an out of state license and didn't have a credit card (DID have a debit card, mind you) so couldn't get a rental. Staff were fine, but what an asinine policy. Even asked if they could take the number to input and they said no. Whats the difference in doing that in person vs taking my info over the phone? Don't understand what the problem was.

My experience with this specific branch has been nothing short of amazing. Everyone is super professional , they answered all of my questions thoroughly, and got me in and out in a timely manner. If you are in need of a rental, please consider choosing this specific branch. You will not be disappointed as they embody outstanding customer service.

I’ve never in my life had such terrible customer service, they claimed they called my husband multiple times and because they tried to charge his card even more money while his car was in shop getting fixed from a hit and run. When my husbands car was finally ready to picked up and we were dropping off the rental the lady behind the counter refused to believe we never received any phone calls and proceeded to claim that we were lying. Absolutely rude and unprofessional, I hope that lady losses her job, there’s no reason for her to have such an attitude when we never got any phone calls from these people just because it “shows in their records” that they tried.nnThe car they gave my husband is a whole other issue, on the very first day we picked it up the service light was on and the car had a weird smell to it, after the first 24 hours of having the car the weird smell was gone and the car smelled like cigarette smoke, like instead of cleaning they decided to spray a weird perfume that disappeared after 24 hours.

I rented a car from 1636 S Military Hwy. While getting my things out after my trip a open bottle of alcohol was found in the back pocket passenger seat of the Jeep Compass. I asked the two people that were in the vehicle if it belonged to them and they advised no. I don't drink. They were closed when I returned the vehicle so I left a note and left the bottle. I waited until noon today to see if someone would reach out to me but no one did. I reached out to the location I rented the car from and spoke to Branch Manager Rachel Thomas. She did not express any empathy. She basically stated someone that was in the vehicle left it because the vehicles are inspected by 3 people. She wasn't friendly or understanding. I have rented several times from Enterprise and never had an issue. I will not rent from this location as long as she is the Branch Manager. I gave it 2 stars because the young man that assisted me when I picked the vehicle up was nice and professional.
