The Chesapeake branch is awesome. Very professional. Very up to date on the COVID procedures. They will get you in and out in a timely fashion. All though I love the whole staff My favorite ladies is the Manager Mrs. Caitlin Stitz and Ms. Ashley Hendrix. They make you feel like family.
Called with an issue about switching out a rental. Ashley was very helpful and went out of her way to help! I Recommend this facility.
Enterprise at S. Military Highway and Paramount is excellent. Staff was very accommodating and courteous. Car I got this time is super clean, smells clean, and drives great.
I accidentally reserved a car from a location down the street but the reps at this location were gladly able to assist me so I didn’t have to get a ride to the other location. Staff were very friendly and pleasant. Was kinda pushy a little on the insurance but I know that they have to do that so it didn’t bother me at all.
Excellent service at this location. Everyone was so helpful and friendly.
