I will never rent from this company ever again! 5 days after I dropped off thenfilthy van, they sent me a letter stating that they are going to charge me another $250! just to vacuum it! If it wasn't too far from the rental office to walk back and cold out, I would have not taken the vehicle to begin with. The person that I dropped it off to never made any mention of any issues. Customer Service was absolutely useless after disconnecting me several times after being placed on hold. I can tell from the other reviews that this type of service comes as no surprise. Tried to give me a $50 coupon for my next rental. There will not be one.

I rented a vehicle from this company it was storming out when I picked up the vehicle. Very cold and windy. As we are leaving we noticed a stone chip in the windshield my daughter takes a picture of it we return it no problem a little over a month later I get a bill for $736.62 saying that there was glass damage they charge for vehicle repair cost emergency road cost and administrative cost I refuse to pay it! I sent a picture in of the stone chip you can’t really tell it’s the vehicle but you can see it in the window in it the time and the date is exact same time I rented it.. so you should be able to make it out by that! I have heard this happening several times before and I will fight you to the end with this!

My name is Rafael, this is the first and last time i use Avis car rental. They Robbed me of 75$, they are scammers, i will never use their services again.nnI rented their car for 15 hours, i filled up the gas task, and turned it in....As i turned keys in to supervisor at location, he tells me, due to the covid-19, to drop off keys and just leave.nnI advised supervisor i wanted to stay to make sure the car passed the inspection, supervisor advised, that the car was clean and the tank of gas was full, he said everything was ok...nn15 days after i turned car in, they decided to say, that the car was dirty.and that it would cost me 75$ . This was decided 15 days after the fact, when they knew i didn't have a chance to defend myself.nnI know the economy is not doing great. If you need me to donate money for the Covid-19 problems, i don't have a problem with that. But don't rob me blind. If they don't give me my money back with an apology, i will never use these services again...nnScammers, scammers, scammers

I received a letter from Nathan Whybrew falsely accusing me of stealing the car and planning to put out a warrant for my arrest...I already have returned the car. He and Avis Rent A Car had audacity to do that to me...I would never do business with them ever again because of their wickedness. They receive 0 stars from me.
