Outstanding! This company is more than I would ever expect. They did everything and more to provide me with the car I required. The people were excellent. They were warm and friendly and more than accommodating. They were concerned about the customer's satisfaction only. If they were not so far away, I would use them each time I rent. Great people and great service !
Initially from the setup of the reservation my expections was to pickup the rental before the local office closed. The email confirmation listed 12 noon. So I would have rated a 5 star. Other than that, the other local location offered superior customer service. We were given a dependable car, clean and it made our Anniversary weekend trip to Naples, FL and back memorable!
They are the best hands down. Brian Knaus and his manager were so helpful in my time of need. I highly recommend.
