I contacted this location about renting a car. I wasn’t able to call back within the one hour I discussed with the employee. I did however call back that evening and the same employee answers the phone and then states to me in a sarcastic manner that they no longer had any vehicles available, and also elaborates that the other location was completely sold out as well. However I didn’t trust the information that he stated and contacted the other location which in turn not only had MULTIPLE CARS available also accommodated me with such a short notice. If customer service, and integrity is important to you. I don’t recommend this location.

I wish I would have seen the reviews before renting here I have never had such a reason to rate anyone a 1 star but my whole deposit was never even given back to me and I paid 4something for one day with a vehicle that had Maintenance lights on. They have given me the run around it’s nowhere in my banks system anywhere and all they can do is tell me to call some number which keeps sending me to voicemail or hanging up on me because they claim they can no longer find my info in their system! $150 is a decent deposit which I was told I would be given back I don’t have money to just be freely giving away.

car had no windshield water. maintenance light was on. There was loud rumbling noise coming out of the car. it was so scary driving. Customer service was lousy. I should received a refund for what I went through with the car.

When I got in the car I immediately placed my hand on the steering wheel and there was something greasy and nasty i put my hand in. Of course in the days we're in i was completely mortified. I was not aware of the 250 hold on my card until I got there, that including the fee was more than what i would've paid at Enterprise (which is who i usually use). The fact that you were short staffed no one walked the car with me to show me the damages. A piece of paper was used to just inform me of said damages. All in all it wasnt a great experience and i do not think i will be renting from Avis again.
