My experience was amazing! This wonderful trip for my wife’s and I SEVENTH ANNIVERSARY wouldn’t have been nearly as smooth if it wasn’t for the incredible service of Jacob Williams and Kayla Griffin! They handled my transaction from A - Z seamlessly!

This location is extremely unprofessional. I was told by my insurance that the coverage I had was good to go for the estimated time my car was in the shop. I got a call from enterprise with a voicemail close to 2pm the car had to be returned. I cannot be on my phone when I work. I did not see I had a voicemail until close to 6pm. I called and said there had to be a mistake since there way no way I had reached my limit. The agent told me I needed call my insurance and informed me that if I did not return the car by closing I would be charged. I did yell at him and hung up. I had to spend nearly 45 minutes dealing with this issue with my insurance causing me to miss out on important work. My insurance informed me I was correct. So I had to deal with an hour stress and having to end work early. They made it so I had to do all the work with re-verifying with my insurance! Never in my life have I had to that. They should know what my policy coverage is as they have that information.

Usually have a great experience with enterprise, this one was a tad rocky with unclear communication on payment issues but Shane was awesome on the phone and really helped me out! Have a happy new year
