The staff were nice and professional. Great service! But I do not recommend renting the Dodge Journey. A whole week of disappointment.
The van we rented held all the packages I was hauling. A couple of nights we out an air mattress in the back and slept. We drove 2700 miles on our trip and we both were very comfortable. I’ve never been disappointed with the service or cars from Enterprise. Highly recommend!
The young man who helped me both times was courteous, friendly, and honest. The truck I rented was a pleasure to drive. I would use them again. The price the first 30 days was very reasonable but the last 8 days the fee went up. Still all and all it was an enjoyable experience.
I was very impressed with the service I received. Morgan was extremely efficient in taking care of my needs answered all of my questions both before and after. I will go back!!!
The young man at the Hill Top location who checked us in, not a very happy person. We all have our days. BUT the rental car.....horrible. It smelled of cigarette smoke, urine, and nasty. They had no other vehicle to offer me. I had to drive 16 hours in that mess. It was choking. And then all the warning lights started coming on. This car was just a disaster. I am NOT use to Enterprise at this level. They are usually top notch.
