I spoke with 3 people at this location either about making, changing or completing my reservation and they were exceptionally friendly and their customer service was outstanding. As soon as I walked in I was taken care of and even though I was 2 hrs early and willing to wait, the staff were able to accommodate me almost right away. I wish I knew their names to give them a personal shout out, but I hope they get the credit they deserve because they were phenomenal.

I recommend renting from the Princess Anne, Virginia Beach office of Enterprise Rental Car. My truck went into the shop for a week so I needed a car for that period. Marque took great care of me from beginning to end. He picked me up at the shop at the beginning of the work and took me back there when the truck was ready to pick up. He's very customer focused and a great conversationalist. Thanks again, Marque.

I have rented cards from Enterprise for years. Have a corporate account. Prior to Covid i have rented cards for 6 months or longer at a time. This was for a number of years. Now, i go back...they have some special code to pre rent which means absolutely NOTIHING. You still go through exactly the same process. THey ask 1000 questions all of a sudden. Then want info...although there is a corporate policy...they want policy numbers, etc.nJust arrogance people at the location. Dont’ care about helping. I paid points and just cancelled the reservation while in the car and went to AVIS where they were in having my business and will get it in the future.nSo tired of COVID lame excuses for not being responsive....for poor customer services, etc. We all realize that things are different but companies like this need to understand things will change and with service like this i will direct our employees to use our AVIS account.

My first time renting from the Princess Anne location, and it was great! At the other location (which they informed me is now closed) I'd usually wind up with something I really didn't want, or I'd have to wait for them to bring another vehicle from another location. The Princess Anne ladies were on point. I reserved online, when I got there the vehicle was ready and the perfect size for taking my daughter back to college! This is now my go-to location!
