Ive rented multiple cars from this location and always returned my cars back with full Tank of gas and I personally would get them washed because I know the water restrictions that they stated causing them to wash the cars previously in Va Beach. However this last time I rented from them was definitely a bad experience and rip off. They charged me for two additional days when I onky should’ve been charged for one. They also “claim my car wasn’t filled back up”when I have receipts showing I filled back up and washed the car. I don’t recommend this location or Avis to anyone going forward. The rate is cheap however the quality of customer service and integrity of the staff isn’t very valuable neither.
Customer service wasn't horrible, however the policy of avis is absolute trash! I've never rented a car from a company that charges an additional day for returning a half hour past the turn in time. Typically from my experience if you return the car before midnight you're good. Also I recieved the car smelling like marijuana smoke and cigarettes, they didn't care.
Never go hear... payed for a volts wagon got a chevy equinox that smelled like cigars and mothballs... plus the seats where stained and the car was on full like the lady said
