I rented a car from the London Bridge location to take a trip to New York. Devin was amazing, super friendly and helpful. He made the experience smooth and easy. I definitely recommend enterprise to anyone looking to rent a car! If you can make sure to rent from this location I recommend it, customer service is amazing!

I filled out all forms online and put a card on file. I was told this would save time. Just show ID get keys and go. It still took 15-20 minutes, which isn’t terrible but...... when I got the vehicle I took it home and had to clean all the windows. Also it was obvious someone had smoked in the vehicle at some point. I don’t usually complain but overall this experience was less than satisfactory.

I had a reservation for Monday. It took their driver over an hour to pick me up when I was only 15 minutes away. Once there, I’m informed that there are no vehicles available! They had to take me home and bring me a vehicle, once it became available, to my home, several hours later!

Outstanding customer service, they do anything it takes to make the customer satisfied. I rent five times this year and each time were very pleased. Friendly and very pleasant as you enter. Drop off keys overnight and no problems at all. I am so glad Enterprise makes my family happy. Thank you. Calvin is a very nice guy..

Called 10min before they were closing for an emergency last min rental. They were understanding and accommodating and took care of me in minutes. I was in a car within 3 minutes after walking in. Great service, highly recommended.
