zero stars - Kathy the owner was horrible - went to cancel my reservation because they could problem solve - and because our flight was late she tried taking all the money for the whole reservation. She then hungup when I asked how they could do that - her response was I should have read the fine print- $1400.00 gonenHad to stay on hold all day to try and correct - Kathy is a winner in my book
I didnt hate it. I reserved a car 2 days before i got there. When i got there they had no cars to rent...none. i called the number and they sent to a different store that the operator said they had cars there. When i got there they didnt have any either. But at that location the attendant FOUND ONE . HATS OFF TO THAT GUY.
I have rented cars from this location multiple times. The service is always fast and professional.
Terrible stranded us in Virginia after promising a vehicle with a debit card we get there and they decided it needs to be a credit card now were stuck in Virginia with no way home to New YorknThey know were stranded but they say it's not their problem. We have no idea how to get home we now have no vehicle
I’ve used this location several times. The guys behind the desk are always friendly and efficient. I book via Costco and have always had a good experience
