Enterprise Rent-A-Car

All I have to say is the male manager was very professional and efficient with all that was going on. I had picked up the rental at a busy time and the manager was the only attendant available to deal with 10+ customers. I believe that the managers calm and polite demeanor kept the customers at ease because it was a pretty lengthy wait. He compensated me for the wait time as well as the rental being dirty on the exterior( it was washed probably just a rush job because of rentals not being available and the wait time). Matt was helpful with telling me the times to return the rental and Morgan was helpful with resolving the issue with my bill. Overall not a bad experience. Would definitely continue to rent here.

Literally waited an hour to get picked up after dropping my car off for repairs 1mi from the office. I spoke with them 4 separate times and even the receptionist at the repair shop called them twice. If I could give them 0 stars I would.nn*Update- I reserved an SUV and I get there and they offer me a minivan. ud83dude02

I normally have never had trouble with this location on Virginia Beach Blvd before but now they seem to have some very young and unprofessional guys that work there. To Begin, I confirmed my rental due to auto insurance claim and asked for a ride to Enterprise. I was told I could expect to be picked up at 11:30. For starters, I was never picked up and no call was ever made. I go to the location when I can find a ride and they do not remember at all. Second, the young boy who was helping me at counter not very professional and didn’t even go by my reservation as he only offered a Nissan Armada or sports car when I had reserved a standard size vehicle since my insurance only covers so much. At this point it is what it is because this young kid clearly doesn’t care. I go for the extra insurance just to be safe. I return the vehicle and then get emailed a statement that shows $159.99 for extra insurance for 8 days and then my personal card is charged $239.11. I call and speak to Matt who can’t really break down the bill except to say I was charged for one day of rental and it was a mistake he will credit it back. Ok well the credit goes through and my insurance company is billed of which their total doesn’t even equal 8 days of rental and that one day of rental did not get my bill back down to $160. I was never sent an updated invoice and at this point letting it go but will definitely choose elsewhere to rent from here on out as their customer service stinks and the young employee made it obvious he had better things to do than actually take his job seriously. This whole situation made getting my car fixed not even worth the hassle. It is disappointing because all other times the staff has been great.

They are so nice!! Must be doing something right, because I returned my vehicle and they only had 2 SUVs left!! They were in a crunch for cars!. My vehicle was spotless, so I returned it spotless. Very pandemic aware and they give you a Clorox wipe in the car!

If I could give this location minus stars I would. Reserved a vehicle over 3 weeks prior to my family trip, they called 15 minutes prior to the time I was scheduled to pick up to tell me they didn’t have the vehicle. I was told I could call around and look for another vehicle. The manager was not sympathetic to the fact they ruined my family trip. Called customer service twice and was told the area manager would be calling me, no response from the area manager. The manager offered a smaller vehicle but was going to charge me more based on the email I received. NEVER AGAIN, they don’t care about customers just the money.
