I wasn't in need of renting a car, I run a rollback and had to haul one there. They wasn't too awful busy so I was in, unloaded, and out in less than 20 minutes. Smooth!

It was a very easy and smooth transaction. No hassle at all. Booked online, paid in the office the day we picked it up. Free upgrade which made everything so much better for our travel. Definitely reccomend. Save miles on your own car and rent one for long distance. Plus they have insurance where if you break down they come to you with a new car and leave the other car on side of road. They take care of everything with towing and waiting on tow truck while you leave with the car they bring you.

Harrisonburg VA market street not clean and their cars are not clean. I like enterprise just not this location. Please avoid if possible. Look pics. My husband has to wipe car down before we left

The car was great. Low cost high gas mileage. The folks who work the Woodstock Va shop are super friendly and go above and beyond to make your rental a pleasure.

Only open 4.5 hours a day. Get here and a sign is on the door with a number to an automated system. Been here an hour waiting for the one employee to return from picking up a car. Doesnt even look like there are any here. Last time I came in to inquire the girl told me they can look up gas mileage. After asking continuously I gave up on the actually getting an answer she just wanted us to reserve. Asked us repeatedly when we said we were just looking at details. Even told us we would probably have to drive to front royal to pick up a car anyways. Be sure to ask what your card is being charged for, we had to ask twice before we were told about the extra $200 that would be coming out as a deposit. The information wasn't given willingly.nnTo add to it, we had mentioned our problem with the 1st girl on our return trip. We were told she was no longer with the company. Turns out that was another lie. She was -in fact- at work that day at a different branch.nnIf you have okay Credit, make the drive to the airport and book online with Budget. Same cars. No deposit. And they were about 20% cheaper.
