Kevin is the BEST insurance guy around. He is always available to answer questions and is super helpful. He’s never too busy to sit down and explain things to you. Kevin made the insurance part of the home buying process so easy and even sent us our first piece of mail! 11/10 would recommend.
I have always had excellent service from everyone there. Kim has always been a phone call away for me. Jenny is always extremely helpful if Kim isn't available. We had a claim in March and Tom and Brad were at my house shortly after I reported it and we were taken care of in the same day. Great group of folks in this office.
We recently moved and needed to find homeowners insurance. Kevin was able to help me out and get a great price! We also went ahead and switched over our auto insurance as well. Our previous insurance agent was very hard to reach, never had time to help us, or never did what we asked of them, so we decided to take our business elsewhere. Kevin is the complete opposite. Whenever I have a question or concern he answers my questions and explains my concerns on the spot, or as fast as possible. I would definitely give him a call if you are insurance shopping.

Most people don't really think about their insurance. You pay the premiums and it's one more thing off your plate. That was me for way too long. Thankfully, Kevin Ferrell took the time to walk me through what I had, what I was paying and what the reality was. I now have better coverage for about 60% of what I was paying previously.
