I have rented here numerous times and the staff has been great. Tania is an excellent manager and is exceptional with customers. The cars are clean and I never waited more than 15 minutes with multiple people ahead of me. The after hours car return is very convenient.
Shaun was amazingly helpful at getting me a last minute Jeep rental, I highly recommend these folks to anyone who needs a car rental in Waikiki. They are wonderful and fair !
This is one of the best Enterprise rental agencies I have ever rented from! The staff is super friendly and helpful and really want to make sure that you have an enjoyable experience. They gave me a choice of two different minivans and even gave me their personal recommendations when I wasn’t sure which to choose.nThe car was spotlessly clean and had no odor at all. We rented a car in Honolulu on November 11, 2018. We were greeted right away and our request processed very quickly. The employees were so nice and friendly! We had a few questions so they talked to us about suggestions on where to go explore, eat and visit. Everything was explained fully to us, and we left feeling great! I would recommend Enterprise anytime, but especially this location! Much love from Canada
