Avis Car Rental

Avis Desk is in the middle of International Marketplace. Drop off of car is 24/7 (park in garage on 5th floor in Avis spot), BUT you must return the keys when the office is open. I wish they had a simple key drop box. I parked the car at 10pm and had to return the next morning at 8am just to return the key. Process was easy enough.

The car was great but the customer experience needs some work. Cars are located on the 5th floor and they don't tell you that you need to take a picture of the mileage and bring the parking voucher down when returning vehicle. I had to go back to the car 5 floors up to get this info for them. The rep (Anne) acted snotty and rude when I told her I didn’t have the mileage or ticket.

Quick and easy pickup in the morning (8.00 am) and easy drop-off in the evening. The office is open till late (9.30pm) so there’s no rush to get back.nConvenient location on the ground floor of The International Marketplace directly opposite the Outrigger Waikiki.

Great customer service and the counter reps were very polite and friendly.
