Hertz

We rented at this location 2 days in a row but returning to different locations both days. I think this location is understaff. Only 1 person worked in the desk, the same person had to run and get the car also. Very inefficient and wasting our vacation time. First rental day, there were 3 people in front of me. It took us over 1 hour to finally get our car. Second rental day, it took us over 1 hour again to finally get our car. And worse... we reserved full size car to be picked up at 11 am. We arrived at 11:10 am and they did not have the car. They said that they will bring the car from another location. But 1 hour later the car have not arrived. The guy who worked there offered us intermediate car (smaller) and said that he will adjust the price! It was $1 less!! What a joke! In other rental place usually if they don’t have the car as promised, we got upgraded! This one, we got downgraded! I used to think that Hertz is one of the best car rental place... but not anymore! At least not this car rental place! So we got Nissan Sentra instead of Impala and even that we had to wait 1 1/2 hour before we finally got the car. Lucky that our plane leave in the evening, what happened if those people who rent the car to catch the plane? Waiting for over 1 hour to get the car with reservations are totally not acceptable.

Customer service is amazing. Ebony is very professional and has a customer first approach. If she doesnt have the car you want, she will make sure to find out who does, and get it for you.

Our reservation was for 8am. We arrived a bit early to pickup our vehicle on a Sunday, but there was only one rep working. We didn't leave with our vehicle until about 830am.nnThe vehicle was okay during our rental, but when returning things got complicated when I needed to return the vehicle. We were never told how to park it when returning. I called the number that came up for the location on Google Maps, but was directed to a Hertz call center. After explaining what I needed I was transferred again to the department that handles rental extensions. The rep answering the phone in the rental extension department told me just to park it in front of the hotel where the Hertz was located.nI kindly refused that advice and stated that you are in a call center. I need to speak to someone at the location. That finally occurred and was told to park the car in valet and come up to close out the contract.nI informed the guy working about what the rental drop off trouble and he just apologized.nnCome early and don't be in a rush - this is a really small location for renting.

Friendly and efficient. When you return the car, you just need to let the hotel staff on the entrance know that you are returning the car. They will call the hertz agent to come down. The hertz office is on the 2nd floor of the hotel.

Worst rental company I ever seen in my life. Terrible service, find another rental company. I can recommend Alamo , I rented too many times from them.
