outstanding service and reasonable cost. free pick up to enterprise and free shuttle return from enterprise. very satisfied. their workers were friendly, courteous, professional, especially marissa who seemed to take personal responsibility to guide me from start to finish in my car rental. they let me choose the exact car i wanted and had it ready for me in a minute. i didn't have to wait around at all for anything. they seemed well organized and knew exactly what to do. i felt like i was an important person to them. i've been renting cars from different companies my whole life and this experience with enterprise seems the best. i mean what company picks up their customers and then returns them to their home at no charge.
I love Enterprise. This location on kapiolani Blvd seemed to have a wider range of cats availablenNot crowded good service. One important note. They forgot to tell me they could only pick me up or drop.me home before noon. I live near pali. So can be a problem depending on your schedule and residence

Easy in and out pick up and drop off. Conveniently located far enough from airport but close to Ala Moana hotel.
